Our philosophy is that everyone has a personal responsibility for the health and safety of themselves and others.

UWF is in the process of obtaining certification to safety standard AS/NZS 4801:2001.

• Ongoing training and safety updates for all staff.
• Induction programs for new employees.
• Clear reporting procedures for incidents and hazard identification.
• Workplace risk assessment.
• Safety induction prior to placement
